# WikiKV third-party documentation attributions
This notice covers the 3,800 `reference` cards bundled in
`data/reference-corpus.jsonl.gz`. These cards are retrieval-oriented adaptations of the pinned
official sources below. They are not endorsements by, or community verification from, the source
projects.
Every card carries its source project, pinned Git revision, source path and section title, direct
source URL, license identifier, and this modification notice:
> WikiKV selected one documentation section, normalized formatting, retained bounded excerpts,
> and shortened it at a paragraph or sentence boundary for retrieval.
The source licenses continue to govern the third-party material. WikiKV's aggregation, metadata,
and unrelated original material do not change those licenses and are not automatically licensed
under one blanket third-party license. Anyone redistributing the cards or `llms-full.txt` should
retain each card's attribution fields and a copy of this notice. No source-project trademark rights
or endorsement rights are granted.

## Curated troubleshooting cards — 8 cards
These cards are compact WikiKV-authored paraphrases made after reviewing the identified official
pages. Their `source_revision` is the SHA-256 of the exact source response reviewed on 2026-08-16,
not an upstream Git commit unless the source URL itself contains one. A digest proves which response
was reviewed; it does not grant a license. The public cards do not reproduce those responses
verbatim.

## Remaining limits
This is an engineering attribution inventory, not legal advice. Repository-level licenses do not
prove that every page is free of separately attributed third-party material, images, trademarks,
or other exceptions. WikiKV excludes images and extracted MDN code examples, but the corpus has
not received a page-by-page rights audit. Source links and pinned Git history are preserved to
support further review. The Caddy source snapshot also has no identified upstream redistribution
license; it must not be published or bundled for third-party distribution solely on the basis of
the Caddy server software's separate Apache-2.0 license.
