ResourceClaim — DeviceToleration

The ResourceClaim this DeviceToleration is attached to tolerates any taint that matches the triple <key,value,effect> using the matching operator <operator>. FieldDescription effectstring Effect indicates the taint effect to match. Empty means match all taint effects.
